Les Vins de Vienne
In 1996, three friends, passionate and established winemakers from the right bank of the Rhône, Yves Cuilleron, Pierre Gaillard and François Villard, started a great adventure: the renaissance of the ancient vineyard of Seyssuel. Since then, they haven’t stopped growing.
Today, the domain consists of 25 hectares:
- 12 ha (27.18 a) on the hillside of Seyssuel, located on the northern part of the Rhône valley. Syrah and Viognier varietals have been planted and produce three different IGP des Collines Rhodaniennes: Sotanum (red), Taburnum (white) and Heluicum (red)
- 13 ha on the other side of the river spread among the appellations and produced under a label called “Lieu Dit”: Côte Rôtie, Saint Joseph, Condrieu, Saint Péray and Crozes-Hermitage
